These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Regna Operations website and the services we provide. By using this site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Use of the website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

Bookings and consultations

Booking a call through our site is a request to meet, not a binding contract for services. A discovery call is informational. Any advice shared on a call is general and does not create a professional or advisory relationship on its own.

Engagements

Paid work begins only under a separate written agreement or proposal that sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for that engagement.

Fees and payment

Fees, payment schedules, and any refund terms are defined in the engagement agreement for each project. Unless stated otherwise there, invoices are due as specified in that agreement.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of this website are owned by Regna Operations and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of deliverables created during a paid engagement is governed by the engagement agreement.

No guarantee of results

We bring experience and care to our work, but business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or performance from using this site or our services.

Third-party services

Our site links to and relies on third-party tools, such as our scheduling provider. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regna Operations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for access to it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Finland, unless an engagement agreement states otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
