You ship the orders.
We automate the support.

E-commerce support automation for stores past a few hundred orders a month. Every ticket read, checked against the order and answered by a system you own.

The problem

A store past a few hundred orders a month gets the same handful of questions all day. Where is my order, can I change the address, can I return this, when is it back in stock. Each one takes two minutes. Together they are a full-time job, and they arrive fastest exactly when a promotion lands or a shipment runs late.

What changes

Every message is read the moment it arrives, matched to the order it is about, and answered from your own policy, your own tracking and your own stock. The routine ones go out on their own. Anything with a judgement call in it reaches a person with the context already attached.

The tickets we take first

Not capabilities. The actual types sitting in your inbox right now.

Where is my order

The tracking sits with the carrier, the order sits in Shopify and the question sits in the inbox. All three get read and the customer gets the real status, not a template asking for an order number they already sent.

Returns and exchanges

The order date is checked against your own policy, the customer is told what they qualify for, and the label goes out when it is inside the rules.

Cancellations and address changes

Caught before the warehouse picks, changed where it still can be, and answered honestly when it is already too late.

Stock and restock questions

Answered from live inventory instead of a guess, with a notify-me captured whenever the answer is no.

Discount codes and price matches

Your rules applied the same way every time, so the answer stops depending on who is on the inbox that day.

Risky orders

The patterns you already watch for get flagged and the order is held for a person, instead of shipping and arguing about it later.

Built on the tools you already run: Shopify or WooCommerce, your helpdesk, your carrier and your email, connected through their own APIs. Nothing is migrated and there is no new tool for your team to learn.

How we take it off your hands

The same shape as every engagement: the Roadmap first, then the builds you pick, one fixed price at a time.

Step 1

Two weeks on your real tickets

In the Revenue Roadmap we sort a few weeks of your actual inbox into types, count them, and work out what each type costs you in hours. You get the list ranked, with a fixed price against every build.

Step 2

The biggest type first

We build the one eating the most hours, on your own stack, using your policy and your tone of voice. It answers live tickets by the date we agreed.

Step 3

Then the rest of the queue

Types get added one at a time, or the whole queue as one rebuild at a single price, until a person only opens the tickets that actually need a person.

FAQ

Questions store owners ask

No. We build on top of the helpdesk you already pay for, through its API. Your team keeps the tool it knows. If you leave that helpdesk later, what we built still runs, because it lives in your accounts, not ours.

It only answers from your own data and your own policy, and anything outside those rules goes to a person instead of being guessed at. You decide which ticket types it is allowed to send without review, and every reply is logged.

Yes. It replies in the language the customer wrote in, using the wording you approve for each language you sell in.

Nothing changes. The same answers go out in minutes whether the queue has twenty tickets or two hundred, and there is no per-seat or per-ticket fee that grows with the spike.

The Revenue Roadmap takes two weeks. A single ticket type is usually live about two weeks after that build starts, on a date agreed in writing before it does.

The Revenue Roadmap is €1,997 and comes off the price of your first build. Each build after that is a fixed price, set in the Roadmap from what that ticket type costs you today. The whole queue can be rebuilt as one piece of work at a single price.

You do. It runs in your Shopify, your helpdesk and your accounts, documented as it lands, and it keeps working whether or not we work together again.

Let's work out what is worth building.
