Revenue Roadmap
Know exactly what to build first, and what to leave alone. €2,000, money back if it does not pay for itself.
Service overview
The bottleneck is rarely ambition. It is that nobody has sat down and worked out which ideas are worth the effort. We do that properly, score every option against your actual workflows, and leave you with a plan you can act on immediately.
How it is priced
Every engagement starts with the €2,000 Revenue Roadmap, money back if it does not find at least €2,000 a month of work worth removing. Then one partnership covers every service: €3,000 a month, cancel any time, or one €13,000 payment for six months, with the sixth month waived and the Roadmap fee credited. The monthly build goes wherever it pays most right now.
What actually lands
Concrete outputs, not a deck about potential.
Readiness scorecard
Ten dimensions scored one to four, each with a specific recommendation rather than a grade.
Ranked backlog
Twenty to thirty automations plotted on impact against effort, so the first three are obvious.
Build order
What gets built first and why, with the value of each item. Money back if it does not find at least €2,000 a month of work worth removing.
How the work runs
The same shape every engagement, paced to what your team can actually absorb.
Week 1
Readiness assessment
We sit with the people who do the work, not just the people who describe it, and look at skills, data, tooling and appetite. You get a straight read on what your team can absorb right now.
Week 1 to 2
Use case mapping
We list every place AI could plausibly help, then score each on what it is worth against what it costs to build. The ones worth doing become a ranked backlog, usually 20 to 30 items.
End of week 2
Roadmap review
We walk you through the ranked backlog and what each item is worth. You pick monthly or prepay, and your first automation is live within 14 days of starting.
Let's work out what is worth building.
