These terms govern use of this website and any engagement that refers to them. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

An engagement starts with the two-week Revenue Roadmap. After the review you choose the monthly partnership or the six-month prepay, and the first automation goes live within 14 days of the partnership starting.

The Revenue Roadmap is invoiced at kickoff. The monthly partnership is invoiced monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time. The six-month prepay is invoiced up front as one payment of €13,000: six months at €3,000, less the waived sixth month and the €2,000 Roadmap fee already paid. Payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date.

You own everything we build for you once invoices are settled. It lives in your accounts and is documented. We keep ownership of our own methods, templates and internal tooling.

Each party keeps the other's confidential information private and uses it only to carry out the engagement. This continues after the engagement ends.

The Roadmap is refunded if it does not find at least €2,000 a month of manual work worth removing. The first month is refunded if no automation is live within 14 days of the partnership starting. A month in which nothing new goes live is waived. The delivery guarantees assume system access and answers from your side within three working days, and a plan chosen at the Roadmap review.

We work with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific commercial results, because they depend on factors outside our control.

These terms are governed by Finnish law.
