These terms govern use of this website and any engagement that refers to them. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

An engagement starts with the two-week Revenue Roadmap. It lists the automations worth building, each with a fixed price. After the review you choose which of them to have built, and each build has its own agreed delivery date.

The Revenue Roadmap is invoiced at kickoff. The Roadmap fee is credited in full against the first build. Builds are quoted at a fixed price before work starts. A single automation is invoiced in full at kickoff and larger builds half at kickoff and half on delivery. A full rebuild is quoted as one fixed price for the whole sequence and invoiced in instalments as the builds land. The agreed price does not change once work has started. Payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date.

You own everything we build for you once invoices are settled. It lives in your accounts and is documented. We keep ownership of our own methods, templates and internal tooling.

Each party keeps the other's confidential information private and uses it only to carry out the engagement. This continues after the engagement ends.

The Roadmap is refunded if it does not find at least €1,997 worth of work to automate. Anything that stops working because of a defect in what we built is repaired at no charge for twelve months from delivery; changes needed because your own processes or third-party tools have changed are quoted separately. The delivery date assumes system access and answers from your side within three working days.

We work with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific commercial results, because they depend on factors outside our control.

These terms are governed by Finnish law.
