Privacy policy

Regna Operations is an automation partner for small and medium-sized businesses, based in Loimaa, Finland. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Contact details you send us through this site or by email, business information you share during an enquiry, and aggregate analytics about how the site is used.

We use enquiry data only to answer you and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement. We do not sell personal data, and we share it only with processors needed to run the business.

Enquiries are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering business contact, and client data on the basis of the contract once we work together.

We use two analytics tools. Umami sets no cookies and collects no personal data, so it runs for every visitor. Google Analytics sets cookies, so it only runs if you accept them in the cookie banner; until then Google receives no analytics cookies from us. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Enquiry data is kept for 24 months from last contact unless you ask us to remove it sooner. Client records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, and complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
